Undergraduates typically join as specialist support part of our client service teams. Some stay for two or three years before attending a graduate school or leaving for further work experience; some stay on and move directly into a postgraduate school role.

Our positions include focus on a specific function – accounting (business and transactional), controlling, contract management, etc. and technology roles such as data scientists, data engineers, designers, or digital marketers.

Who do we look for?
Our undergraduates join us from many backgrounds. However, most of them - with “major” in accounting/finance, business administration, IT.

Our employees do share some common qualities including good academic performance, effective communication abilities and wish to learn new things, experience working on or off campus.

We look for strong problem solvers with potential — we will teach you the rest and give a chance to show your skills.
