We are partnering with a growing client company based in the Satakunta region of Finland. They are currently looking to hire a Senior Sales Manager for a permanent position on their team. In this key role, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales process from initial contact to closing.

Main responsibilities:

  • Build long-term customer relationships, find new customers and grow key accounts in Finland and abroad
  • Handle offers, public tenders, contracts and the full sales process
  • Prepare quotes and coordinate with production and design departments
  • Attend trade fairs and public sector events

Main requirements:

  • Technical or commercial educational background
  • Experience from construction or infrastructure industries
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Strategic, results-driven and customer-oriented attitude
  • Willing to travel in Finland and internationally
  • Finnish and English language skills
