We are partnering with our client company, headquartered in Säkylä, Finland. Due to strong company growth and increasing international interest, they are now seeking a
Senior Technical Sales Manager for a permanent position to join their commercial team. This role combines hands-on sales responsibilities with the ability to represent the company in high-level national and international forums. You will report directly to the CEO of our client.
Key Responsibilities:- Managing offers, contracts, and the full sales process
- Acquiring new customers and developing key accounts both in Finland and abroad
- Maintaining long-term, trust-based customer relationships
- Preparing quotations and coordinating with production and design
- Achieving sales targets and other key performance indicators
- Participating in product development and marketing planning
- Active customer visits and fieldwork (on average 2–3 days per week)
- Representing the client and its parent company in events such as international trade fairs, exhibitions, institutional meetings, and forums (e.g., UN, EU, public sector events)
- Articulating the company’s solutions to ministries, authorities, and international partners in a credible and professional manner
Requirements:- Relevant technical or commercial educational background
- Experience in public sector sales and tendering
- Ability to read technical drawings; knowledge of construction or infrastructure sector is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinking and the ability to engage with senior stakeholders
- Customer-focused and entrepreneurial mindset with strong result orientation
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
- Finnish and English language skills; Swedish is an advantage
- Valid driver's license and access to a car
